I trained as an Integrative Psychotherapeutic Counsellor at Matrix College, which is part of Middlesex University. My qualification is recognised and accredited by the UKCP, which is the main organisational body for psychotherapy in the UK.
I am continuously training and developing my knowledge and skills, and I have a special interest in working with parts of self and developing my knowledge and skills in the Internal Family Systems approach.
